ADC Associate Membership Benefits
Membership Meetings
ADC Associate Members have the opportunity to attend and actively participate at two ADC Membership Meetings each year.
The ADC Fall Membership Meeting is generally always held in October or November in the conjunction with the convention sponsored by
Heating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International, (HARDI formerly NHRAW).
The ADC Spring Membership Meeting is generally held in May on a Tuesday and Wednesday.
The location varies and the city is selected by a vote of the members.
The evening before the ADC Membership Meeting, the Associate Members sponsor a Reception and Dinner.
These evening affairs provide a great opportunity for networking and meeting customers and prospective customers on a social basis.
Company Presentation Opportunities
ADC Associate Members can elect to address (maximum 10 minutes) all of the ADC Active Members (their customers and prospective customers)
before the beginning of each ADC Membership Meeting.
This is a unique opportunity to present the products and services your company offers to flexible duct manufacturers.
No other ADC Associate Members are present in the meeting room at this time -- so the podium is yours!
A display table for ADC Associate Member literature, catalogs, etc. is always provided at all ADC Membership Meetings.
Web Site Listing
ADC Associate Members are listed and linked on the official ADC Web site www.flexibleduct.org.
Company logo, key personnel contacts, email addresses, etc. are shown and reviewed regularly.
Printed Membership Directory
ADC Associate Members are provided, twice each year, updated copies of the ADC Active Member Directory and ADC Associate Member Directory.
These are invaluable resources for sales call contacts, follow ups, and networking, etc.
