Become a Member of the Air Diffusion Council

Membership in the Air Diffusion Council continues to grow!
If your company manufacturers flexible duct – you need to be an Active Member!

If your company supplies flexible duct manufacturers – you need to be an Associate Member!
ADC Active Membership
ADC Active Members are companies in North America that manufacturer flexible air duct and flexible air connectors tested and listed in accordance with Underwriters Laboratories Standard for Factory-Made Air Ducts and Air Connectors, UL 181 and in conformance to the National Fire Protection Association Standards 90A and 90B.

Only Active Members have voting rights within the organization.

Special projects or programs may, from time to time, require special assessment funding.  Active Member special assessments are calculated on a scale based on Active Member sales volume bracket, as reported annually to ADC.

ADC Associate Membership
ADC Associate Members are companies engaged in the manufacture and/or distribution of products and services required by flexible duct manufacturers for the day-to-day operation of their plants.

Special projects or programs may, from time to time, require special Associate Member funding.  Associate Member special assessments are calculated on a flat amount - the same for all Associate Members.

ADC Board of Directors
Each ADC Active Member’s primary representative to ADC is a member of the ADC Board of Directors.  ADC Associate Members are not eligible to serve on the ADC Board of Directors.

  • Marketing Committee

The ADC Marketing Committee is charged with the responsibility of developing promotional programs to advance the sale of flexible duct to residential, commercial and industrial HVAC markets.
